Delete your Paepoint account
How to permanently delete a Paepoint by Qredet merchant account, and what happens to your data when you do.
Before you start
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your dashboard, in-app transaction history, staff accounts and any open payment links. Make sure there are no pending payments or settlements first.
Option 1
Delete your account in the app

Open Paepoint and sign in as the account owner.

Go to Settings → Profile.

Tap Delete account.
- 4
Review what will be deleted, then confirm with your passcode.

You'll receive a confirmation by SMS or email once your account has been deleted.
Only the account owner can delete the business account. Staff members can ask the owner to remove them in Settings → Team & Access.
Option 2
Request deletion by email
Can't access the app? Email us from the email address registered to your Paepoint account. We'll verify your identity and confirm when your account has been deleted, within 30 days of your request.
